Support accomplishing the objectives of Salt Company National

The overall goal for the Salt Company National Coordinator is to provide administrative support for all the needs of Salt Company National.

Job Responsibilities

Salt Company Conference: Provide administrative support for the Salt Company Conference alongside the Conference contract coordinator, including:

• Hotel Assignments
• Staff roles, emails, and schedules
• Set up and tear down volunteers
• Info Booth

Network Events Administration: Coordinate all of the details related to various network events like Catch the Vision and Salt Leadership Summit

• Manage registration processes, fostering attendee engagement.
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage the ordering and arrangement of food and beverages during the event. 
• Facilitate pre and post-event communication to ensure clarity and engagement.

Salt Company National Coordination: Provide administrative support for the various needs within Salt Company National, including: 

• Administer the Salt Company Grant process.
• Manage Salt Company National content and data effectively. 
• Coordinate 10:02 New Leader Shirt process

Salt Company Global Coordination

• Manage global retreat registration processes for students and staff.
• Execute venue and hotel contracts and communication.
• Work with the hosting churches staff to plan the global retreats. 
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements to create a welcoming environment.
• Facilitate pre and post-event communication to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Assist with coordinating travel logistics alongside global travel contractors, including checking student info sheets, booking flights and visas, and student communication.

Schedule: This position is project driven, and therefore includes a mix of regularly scheduled tasks along with project dependent responsibilities. This position may need as little as 5 hours per week during some seasons, 15 hours per week during busier seasons, and 30+ hours during events. You can generally expect lighter seasons to include late June-August and busier seasons to include October, December- early January and May-June.
