Residency Program - Salt Company Director

The Salt Company Director Residency Program is a full-time, college ministry staff position at a Salt Network church. This position is designed to equip men with ministry experience to become Salt Company Directors. The program provides comprehensive training in preaching development, staff and student leadership skills, and the practical tools necessary to establish a new Salt Company.
