Residency Program - Worship Leader

The Salt Network Worship Leader Residency Program is a full-time staff position at a Salt Network Church. This position aims to develop men and women into worship leaders for network churches and church plants. Residents receive training in leading volunteer teams, shepherding the church through worship, and understanding the production system to serve the church effectively.
