The Ministry Operations Coordinator supports the effective execution of ministry, operations, and connections by managing details, systems, and follow-through. This role works closely with ministry leaders to coordinate schedules, prepare resources, track tasks, and ensure Sunday and midweek environments are well organized and ready. The Coordinator does not lead ministries, but plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in helping teams stay aligned, prepared, and focused by bringing clarity, consistency, and excellence to day-to-day operations.
