RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORSHIP ARCHITECT
- As Anthem’s primary oversight for all things worship, sound, and tech, you will:some text
- Craft and execute a Sunday Liturgy that fosters an intentional and engaging Sunday gathering for Anthem Church.
- Managing all aspects of worship, tech, and a/v for Anthem Church. Cultivating and building upon our current established culture.
- Oversee the planning and execution of special worship events, such as worship nights and other one-off gatherings, ensuring they align with Anthem's overall mission and vision.
- Providing direction for all worship sets, ensuring a seamless and intentional gathering, whether you are leading or offering support and feedback.
MULTIPLIER
- Develop the Anthem Worship Team (Musicians, Vocalists, and Technicians) by:some text
- Providing feedback and coaching for the worship and tech team so they can continue to develop.
- Mentoring and developing worship leaders, including overseeing the Salt resident, focusing on their growth as future leaders in worship.
- Identifying and giving opportunities to individuals to potential worship team members.
As Worship Director you will guide every congregant, from newcomers to devoted members, towards a deeper worship connection with God. Your leadership will not only shape Anthem's worship culture but also cultivate and elevate future worship leaders for the kingdom.
