Worship Leader

Lead worship and rehearsals, oversee setup and tear-down of the sound system, and troubleshoot technical issues at our two weekly gatherings (Sunday morning service, and Salt Company evening service). Raise up volunteer musicians to fill out the band in both contexts and coordinate the scheduling of volunteers for the band, set up, and strike teams. Plan, oversee, and execute all musical worship related activities at special events (like member events and the Salt Company Fall Retreat). Conduct auditions to decipher who would be the best fit for the worship ministry. Lead and disciple music and tech team volunteers. Oversee the worship and technology budget to help us maintain our events.
